Live Interview AI is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided your usage during that period does not exceed 10 AI-generated answers. This condition exists to ensure the refund policy is used for genuine product evaluation and not as a mechanism to access the full Pro feature set without payment.
All payments for Live Interview AI are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund and buyer protection policies also apply and can be found at paddle.com/legal/terms.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, subject to the following condition:
If your usage exceeds 10 AI-generated answers within the 14-day period, the subscription is considered substantively used and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Refund eligibility is verified against your account's recorded usage at the time of the request. Usage data is logged server-side and is not subject to client-side manipulation.

We will verify your usage against the eligibility criteria in Section 3 and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Subscription page in your account. Upon cancellation:
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and meet the usage eligibility criteria in Section 3, you are also entitled to a full refund.
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day refund window has elapsed, or if more than 10 AI-generated answers have been used during the window. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you are charged in error (duplicate charges, charges after a valid cancellation, or incorrect amounts), contact us at any time and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge regardless of the 14-day window or usage cap.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.
All prices are displayed in USD. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, calculates and applies applicable taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax) based on your jurisdiction. Refunds include any taxes that were charged on the original transaction.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date. Existing subscriptions are governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
