By accessing or using Live Interview AI ("the Service"), available at liveinterviewai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Live Interview AI, operated by Hossam Elkomy ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Live Interview AI is an AI-powered interview coaching tool that provides real-time answer suggestions during live interviews. The Service uses speech recognition and artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses displayed on a second screen. The Service supports multiple industry domains including General, Pharma & Life Sciences, Management Consulting, Technology, Finance, Sales, Healthcare, Marketing, Students & Graduates, Legal, and Engineering. The Service is intended as a preparation and coaching aid and does not guarantee any specific interview outcome.
To access certain features, you must create an account through our OAuth authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers two tiers: a Free tier with limited daily usage (5 questions per day) and a Pro tier with unlimited access. Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly ($19.99/month) or annual ($159.99/year) billing cycle.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
All prices are displayed in USD. Paddle may apply local taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax) depending on your jurisdiction. The final amount charged, including applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Free tier users are limited to 5 questions per day. This limit resets at midnight UTC daily. Free tier users have access to basic AI answers and Web Speech API transcription. Document upload, Whisper transcription, and conversation context memory are available exclusively to Pro subscribers.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page in your account. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by Live Interview AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any documents, files, or data you upload to the Service. AI-generated answers are provided for your personal use and are not claimed as our proprietary content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.
You may upload documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, MD) and CV/resume files to enhance AI answer quality. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. We process uploaded content solely to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose. You may remove uploaded documents at any time through the app interface.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED ANSWERS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR INTERVIEW OR PURPOSE. THE SERVICE IS A COACHING AID, NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR GENUINE KNOWLEDGE, PREPARATION, AND PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVE INTERVIEW AI AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. For information about refunds, please see our Refund Policy. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase, subject to a usage cap of fewer than 10 AI-generated answers during that period. Subscriptions where usage exceeds this threshold are considered substantively used and are not eligible for a refund.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you retain access until the end of any paid billing period. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
